- Before sunset: Walk around the temple courtyard, take in the ocean breeze, and find a good spot for sunset views (especially recommended for the 6:00 PM show).
- Sunset: Enjoy the tropical sunset from the cliff-top as the sky turns golden. This happens about 30–15 minutes before the performance begins.
- Kecak Fire Dance Performance (~60 minutes): Sit in the open-air amphitheater and watch as dozens of performers chant rhythmically (“chak-chak-chak!”), retelling the Ramayana story with dramatic fire elements and trance-like group chanting.
- Post-show: Head back down or continue exploring the Uluwatu Temple area at your own pace.
- (Note: Shows are usually scheduled at ~6:00 PM and ~7:00 PM daily, with the earlier one timed for sunset if conditions permit.)
